TEAM DRIVING INNOVATION & EXCELLENCE
Mr. Rajkumar Ramrakhiyani is a Masters in business administration with a Civil engineering background and has done further specialization in Project Planning, making him a techno-commercial member of the team. He acts as a real estate & construction expert in the team with 25 years of experience in government & private sectors, including India & abroad. Before venturing into business, he spearheaded two real estate companies as CEO. He has a flair for making real estate projects viable & doable by redevelopment and redesign.
He has been known as a positive deal maker. His positivity is the main strength behind the group’s exponential growth. He currently takes care of real estate, acquisitions & retail verticals.
Rekha Ramrakhiyani
Director
Ms. Rekha Ramrakhiyani did her graduation from University of Rajasthan with Gold Medal in Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics Instrumentation & Control). She had vast experience of Teaching, Software Development and Telecom industry for almost 28 years. She has worked for multinational companies for almost 20 years. Before working full time with the group, she was working with NOKIA.
She takes care of all the day-to-day operations of the group including accounts, purchase and general administration. She is a hard negotiator and leaves no stone unturned for success of a project.
Shashank Varshney
Director
An Engineering Graduate from Delhi College of Engineering and 25 years of working experience in a number of reputed real estate companies on various prestigious projects. He has worked with old giants like Unitech Ltd., Emaar MGF, Jaipuria on Unitech Heights, Habitat, Cascade, Verve, Unihomes (100 acres), 75 acre IT park, Grande 347 acre group housing project, Commonwealth games village and Jaipuria Sunrise greens NH-24, Ghaziabad, a 300 acre township. He is an expert in deliveries of large scale real estate projects.
He is responsible for all technical decision making, feasibility analysis and deliveries of the projects undertaken by the group.
